Trustworthy, Inclusive & Intelligent: Understanding NSW Government Priorities in 2024
A NSW Public Sector Report: Inclusion, Cyber, AI & Innovation
Governments are not just institutions; they are custodians entrusted with the responsibility of steering communities toward progress, safeguarding their interests, and fostering an environment where every voice is heard and valued.
The year 2024 heralds a new phase in the roadmap of governance, where the New South Wales (NSW) Government is resolutely focused on principles that epitomise a modern, responsive, and forward-thinking approach. The coming years are the ideal time for the government to push through its efforts toward a smarter and digital-friendly environment and community.
Striving toward a digital-friendly environment involves a lot of automation and data gathering. While the government is actively working on pursuing these priorities, they recognise that they cannot do this alone. They seek the cooperation of all departments, and specially the people of NSW. True transformation is difficult, but NSW is determined to regain people’s confidence, deliver exceptional citizen experiences, promote inclusivity, and intelligently automate.
