Where practical operations meets pioneering innovation in NSW
In 2023, with NSW and the country finally emerging out of the pandemic, and with a new state government in place, the challenges are seemingly greater than before, but the opportunities to overcome them are also more accessible and easier to come by. According to the new Minister responsible for these matters, the government needs to aim higher, whilst according to other experts in the field, the current methods for attracting and retaining staff need to become more innovative, and the emerging technologies of the modern day need to be embraced by government, at least in some way. These and other matters were discussed at an innovation forum held in Sydney in June 2023. Ultimately, all of these factors will ensure that NSW continues to be innovative and continues to serve the people of the state in the best possible way.
