The Role of Data and Digital Policies in Service Delivery and Building Trust in Government
Canada and Australia have significant ambitions in digital government and data sharing. As part of making the decision to enter the Canadian market the Australian digital services company Link Digital has studied the approaches of both governments to understand how to best use our local experience to add value in the Canadian context. The following article looks at commonalities and differences between Australia and Canada in areas such as government service delivery, data sharing, privacy and trust, and digital workforce development and recruitment.
