The Toronto Network of Women (TOnow) is a large and established women's network that encourages equality, increases leadership, enhances professional development and promotes achievements of women.  The goals of TOnow are to advance women's careers, personal development and wellness/mental health.  Another goal of the Network is to create forums for women/gender equity seeking groups to have an environment to discuss and work through challenges and issues they would like to overcome.  TOnow's mandate is to advance the personal and professional development of women by providing capacity building opportunities to enhance their knowledge base, skills and abilities.  TOnow aims to advance gender equality across Canada, while demonstrating a long-term commitment to empowering women through its mission, activities, and partnerships.

TOnow hosts several workshops, conferences and trainings per year that are focused on helping women with some of the following topics: financial well-being, health and wellness, mental health, promoting and speaking up for themselves, career advancement and networking.  Through events, resources and workshops, members benefit from opportunities to connect with public sector colleagues as well as other organizations to learn valuable skills, and find out about career paths in government and beyond.  TOnow currently has a membership of over 1,500 active and passionate individuals.  TOnow is an inclusive group focused on women and welcomes all members and allies.
