Change is not a foreign concept to the public sector — the public sector has always needed to evolve to keep up with the world around it.
Now, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the public sector has had to change quickly to respond. Beyond the public sector, existing societal changes driven by technology, and new ways of interacting have local, national and global impacts.
