NSW Dept of Customer Service digital licensing case study. NSW wanted to provide its citizens and businesses the convenience of digital self-service licensing. The Licence.NSW platform, powered by AMANDA, was implemented by CGI. For New South Wales, removing customer roadblocks and wait times by digitising licensing has helped the state meet contemporary expectations around customer self-service while making it easier for businesses to operate.

Providing Agencywide Training Support for redeployed staff during a Global Pandemic
Due to the onset of Covid 19 in March 2020, agency staff were redeployed to the New York City Department of Social Services Supplementary Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Cash Assistance (CA) programs, and a training solution was required for these redeployed staff. As policies and processes shifted because of the pandemic, the New York City Department of Social Services redirected resources to mission critical areas.
