Case Study: Developing a Comprehensive Data & Information Governance Framework for NSW Inner West Council

Recordkeeping Innovation partnered with Inner West Council to design a comprehensive data and information governance framework. This project focused on enhancing data security, accessibility, and compliance while aligning with the NSW Data Strategy. The framework included developing an Information Asset Register, updating governance policies, and defining roles and responsibilities to ensure effective data management.

This collaboration has empowered Inner West Council with the tools and processes needed to manage information assets efficiently, reduce risks, and foster a data-driven culture.
