Event Overview

The Healthcare Innovation Showcase brings together Ontario's healthcare leaders as the province's health system evolves from Gov 2.0's digital services to Gov 3.0's intelligent, integrated, patient-centered care.

Spanning preventive, acute, rehabilitative, and long-term care, this showcase explores how technology, data, AI, and modern infrastructure can improve patient outcomes, support clinicians, and strengthen care reliability across Ontario.

Attendees will engage with senior executives, clinical leaders, and system partners—including speakers from Ontario Health, Public Health Ontario, Unity Health Toronto, University Health Network, Infrastructure Ontario, CAMH, Lakeridge Hospital, and Trillium Health Partners. Explore practical strategies, real-world case studies, and lessons learned applicable across hospitals, community care, and regional systems.

Through three focused tracks Patient Experience & AI Innovation in Care, Technology, Data & AI Integration, and AI Cybersecurity, Strategy, Risk and Governance, participants will explore how to design smarter care experiences, build resilient digital systems, and secure healthcare in an AI-first world.

This is a space for honest dialogue about delivering safe, equitable, and connected care in the Gov 3.0 era—while protecting patient trust, supporting the workforce, stewarding public resources responsibly, and harnessing AI and digital innovation to transform healthcare delivery for all Ontarians.

It's great to hear what others are doing, as many people are often grappling with the same issues—what has worked and what hasn't. It's much easier to learn from others' experiences than to go through the challenges yourself.
