Public Sector Network (PSN) and The Idea Garden today announced a new strategic partnership to deliver The AI Dialogues™, a groundbreaking AI literacy and capability-building program designed specifically for state and local government agencies navigating the rapid rise of artificial intelligence.
Across government, leaders are being asked to make high-stakes decisions around AI adoption—from citizen-facing chatbots, to workflow automation, to data-driven decision support. Yet many agencies face a widening capability gap: employees lack common language around AI, teams experience anxiety about disruption, and executives struggle to align AI investments with mission-critical outcomes.
The AI Dialogues™ program directly addresses this challenge by equipping government teams with the foundational understanding, human-centered mindset, and practical communication tools they need to responsibly leverage AI. Built around the principles of tech literacy, connected community, and skilled communication, the program is designed to scale across entire agencies—not just technical teams.
