  • Explain the mapping of a value chain and limitations of IT solutions
  • Explain process mapping using LSS principles
  • SIPOC and process decomposition activity, refine problem statement
  • Continue SIPOC activity, identify wastage
  • Discuss measures and KPIs: processing time, lead time, defects


  • Introduce program management concepts, agile v waterfall
  • Dependency mapping activity
