• Establishment of the Cybersecurity Operations Centre to strengthen threat detection and response.
• Introduction of the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act to safeguard citizens’ data.
• Launch of the AI Policy and Assurance Framework to balance innovation with risk management.

Looking ahead, O’Malley emphasised that innovation and technology adoption must unite sectors, drive smarter service delivery, and strengthen community well-being across the state.
