He noted that agencies can accelerate their AI journey by adopting pre-trained models and tailoring them with their own data, striking the right balance between cost, time, and skills.
Ultimately, he underlined that modernising government structures for AI and cloud is about building scalable, flexible, and resilient foundations to support the future of public service delivery.
