Flemington Racecourse is a major horse racing venue located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Getting there

Flemington’s central location offers all kinds of safe and smooth transport options, to and from the racecourse, and with frequent arrivals and departures.   You can catch a train to Newmarket station (Craigieburn line) and then either walk (10mins) or take the No. 57 tram to Flemington Drive (stop 30).  All train services are wheelchair accessible and passengers who need help boarding trains should wait on the platform near the front of the train.

Parking information

Limited Public Parking is also available at the Showgrounds. Access is via Gate 5 at Lang’s Road. The cost will be $30 per vehicle, card only.
