Event overview

Public Sector Network is proud to present the Government Innovation Showcase Federal, supported by our official partner the Digital Transformation Agency, as part of Government Innovation Week.

To progress into 2026 and beyond with customer confidence and trust in healthy tact, the Australian Public Service needs to remain at the forefront of delivering services in line with customer demands.

With the progressive Data and Digital Government Strategy set to deliver simple, secure and connected public services for all people and business through world class data and digital capabilities by 2030, and the more recent launch of the Australian Government AI Assurance Framework, it is critical Australian Government Agencies pull together to innovate and power next-gen digital, CX, data, AI, and skills capability.

Under the pressure to keep pace with rapidly progressing AI capabilities, and to meet evolving customer needs within tighter fiscal and budget constraints, innovating effectively, strategically, and responsibly has arguably never been as crucial.

Spanning AI, Digital, Data, IT, CX, People, and Cyber, the Government Innovation Showcase Federal, aims to help guide and facilitate this significant, ongoing undertaking. Federal Government leaders and influencers will converge to collaborate and assess emerging requirements, 2026 public service priorities, and explore the most effective approach to harness the next wave of opportunity within AI, digital, operational efficiency, and service experience – and ultimately cater to customer needs, in the way they need.
