Sessions will explore how enhanced connectivity and accessible digital frameworks are driving equitable service delivery and innovation across NSW to build a government that is responsive, efficient, and capable of caters to all NSW citizens.

The AI track is dedicated to driving innovation, efficiency and enhanced productivity across the NSW public service. Centred on the strategic integration of artificial intelligence, it examines how these tools can streamline operations and enhance service delivery. The track highlights the evolving role of CIOs as key leaders in digital transformation, guiding technology adoption and aligning IT with organisational goals. Sessions will focus on harnessing AI-driven automation and collaborative service models to unlock greater productivity, reduce costs, and position the public sector for a more agile and responsive future.
