What’s In Store for 2024
The Victorian Government Digital Strategy 2021–26 sets the vision for creating a digital, thriving Victoria. It charts the direction for delivering better, fairer and more accessible services, creating a digital-ready public sector and growing a thriving digital economy.
With this in mind, we’ve designed the full-day Victorian Public Sector Digital & CX Roadshow 2024 around these three key pillars, with a special focus on exploring ‘Simple, easy and connected’ digital services.
We’ll be unpacking the next phase of delivering a coordinated and collaborative approach across government so that all decision making is human-centred, driven by data, informed and connected for more effective, fairer, accessible and targeted services.
