What’s In Store for 2024
As the state of New York continues to navigate an era of unprecedented change, this year’s Innovation Showcase is dedicated to fostering a landscape of innovation that pushes New Yorks public services towards increased efficiency and effectiveness, with a diverse workforce that is future ready.
This year’s program will feature leaders from New York’s civil service who will come together and share their experiences and lessons learned with piloting new and innovative programs, transformation, modernization, equitable access to services, leveraging legacy technologies, data-driven government culture, and engaging more actively with communities. The event will prioritize driving change and building a more dynamic and responsive public sector in New York who is future-ready in a time of continual change.
Thought-leaders, policy makers, technology experts, and frontline public service will come together and connect; discussing new ideas, sharing insights, and showcasing innovative solutions aimed at enhancing public administration and services, and ensuring high-level, equitable citizen experience.
