The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of digital healthcare infrastructure in managing the hospital’s capacity and ensuring access to quality that supports patient-centered care. Technology adoption and the shift to digital could help mitigate these trends while improving access to care and enabling higher-value care models.
