Building the Next Generation of Cyber Defenders
We’ve all seen the numbers: millions of unfilled cyber roles. The reality is simple – most of those roles require hands-on experience, leading to an obvious Catch-22… how can young people finishing school get the experience they need in cyber if they can’t get the cyber experience they must have to get hired? This problem isn’t going away; we must build a new collaborative path to train security operators with the practical skills they need to become the next generation of defenders.
