Deep Dive Into Three Dedicated Streams

Evolved Learning

The Evolved Learning stream will centre around improving digital teaching and learning by creating and supporting quality resources for customised lifelong education experiences. To enhance learning in NSW, schools will need to evolve to make best of use of educational technologies available to them.

Safe, Secure, & Simplified IT

Embedding safe, secure, and simplified IT across all our schools, education centres, and systems to protect the privacy and safety of our department staff, students, learners, parents, carers and community, and improve IT capabilities to reduce technical debt is critical. This stream will look at how these challenges are being addressed across NSW.

Excellence in Operations

The education sector faces many challenges, including administrative overheads, complex service management processes, slow access to data, and low-quality data, which limit the ability to make insight-driven decisions. This stream will look at tackling these with a focus on consolidating and standardising administrative services, by simplifying digital services and support for schools.
