WRD specialties include in-situ, non-destructive testing (NDT) of timber structures, non-destructive testing techniques to develop recommendations for repair and refurbishment of wood structures and structural design of new timber or engineered lumber solutions.

WRD is IAS Certified, as a Test Lab and Inspection Agency. The laboratory offers wide range of timber testing techniques for large- and small-scale projects for governments, building sector clients and material supply vendors.
