We’re different. As an HR Consultancy, our work with government covers Federal, State and Local Government agencies, providing Organisational Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Executive Support, Leadership Development, and Coaching.
In line with People Matter Employee Survey, conducted by the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment, and the Australian Public Service Employee Census by the Australian Public Service Commission that measures employee engagement and perceptions of harassment and bullying, we provide dynamic immersive workshops such as Creating Safe Spaces and facilitation of Planning Days intended to improve both these metrics, bringing back the Woohoo to people and culture.
