Slade Group was founded over 55 years ago by Geoff Slade, a recognised originator of recruitment services in Australia. As a Centenary Medal recipient for his contribution to recruitment and the founding National President of the RCSA, the industry’s highly influential association, he has for many years been an active supporter of education, training and industry qualification programs. As a result of this career-long commitment, many practicing recruitment consultants around Australia have worked for and been trained by Geoff over the past four decades.

  • Slade Group – Permanent recruitment, from entry level, through to mid-tier and executives, specialising in professional and technical specialist roles 
  • Interchange Bench – Slade Group’s contingent workforce for temporary and contract professional placements, including payrolling services
  • Synchro Partners – Synchro Partners by Slade Group are technology recruitment specialists, providing contract and permanent placements


All divisions are backed-up by a Shared Services team providing administrative and technical resources, including Operations, Payroll, Finance, IT and Marketing.
