Provincial contracts include Driver Examination Services (DES) involving over 1M road tests and 2M counter transactions in locations across Ontario and the North in English, French, Ojibway, Oji-Cree and Cree languages. Serco operates as an Employment Service System Manager (SSM) in Kingston-Pembroke, Kitchener-Waterloo-Barrie and Northwest Ontario, bringing technology and innovation to the community sector to help Ontarians enter the workplace.
