Serco offers engineering, IT, training and managed military and citizen services to federal, provincial, local governments, and commercial customers. With over 1,300 team members across 100 offices nationwide, our federal services support national and provincial governments with a range of services including defense, ship design, licensing, staffing, air traffic control, facilities management and citizen services. Serco provides facilities management to the Canadian Forces at 5 Wing Goose Bay and 15 Wing Moose Jaw airbases including hard and soft services from snow and ice removal to air traffic control. Provincial contracts include Driver Examination Services (DES) involving over 1M road tests and 2M counter transactions in locations across Ontario and the North in English, French, Ojibway, Oji-Cree and Cree languages. Serco operates as an Employment Service System Manager (SSM) in Kingston-Pembroke, Kitchener-Waterloo-Barrie and Northwest Ontario, bringing technology and innovation to the community sector to help Ontarians enter the workplace.
