I teach employees how to protect themselves and managers how to identify bullies and the harm they can do to their organization.

After leaving a career in law enforcement due to harassment and bullying, I began to research and study the personality traits of bullies and harassers. I then developed training modules for employees on how to understand the makeup of a bully and how to protect themselves from those bullies.  I also developed training modules for managers and business owners on how bullies harm their organization, what their motives are and how to protect your organization and your employees.
