Ad-Hoc & Block-Hour Support. $150/hr, or prepaid 10 to 50-hour blocks with discounts on the larger blocks. No contract, cancel anytime.

Build & Harden. We fix what the audit finds. Defined scope, documented delivery, no open-ended commitments.

Managed Stability Retainer. Ongoing oversight for businesses that want a proactive partner, not just help when something breaks. Structured helpdesk, monthly health reviews, vendor coordination.

AI & Automation. We don't just tell you where AI fits, we build it: tool selection, deployment, and automations tailored to how you actually work. Built in partnership with Method & Slate, and stands on its own or layers onto any retainer or block-hour agreement.
