Our signature methodology has three phases. Diagnose: 10 dimensions scored against baseline, root causes identified with evidence, financial risk quantified. Resolve: tailored intervention ranging from light touch (you implement, we verify) through to hands-on support building what is missing alongside your team. Overwatch (ongoing independent program assurance): continuous assurance through steering committee attendance, deep dive reviews on flagged risk areas, health checks at defined intervals, and gate reviews at critical milestones.

All three phases always occur. The difference is intensity. The Diagnostic has standalone value — you decide what happens next.
