We believe that creating customer centric digital offerings should be a simpler, more straightforward, transparent process for both business and technology people.  

The problem is we don't often have the time to create our own smart processes for well governed, digitally integrated ways of working that deliver customer value.  We look for quick solutions in digital tools that focus on specific tasks or steps of an overlooked multi disciplinary “customer value stream”.  Meeting customer needs requires digitally managing the process and outputs of strategy, CX, UX, architecture, delivery, engineering, support, and change management.   Ad-hoc tools will always lead to ad-hoc, manually managed processes and high costs scale as the organisation scales. The result is diminished customer focus, low transparency,  poor productivity, slower times to market, and higher risk and costs.   

Prodigise was created to help build end to capability through a digitally integrated way of working.  Our services help asses and transform the digital capability.  To accelerate capability whilst improving transparency and governance, we created the Prodiggi platform. Our long vision is AI eventually assists people, helping with everything from capturing requirements (NLP), checking designs against requirements, identifying risks, automating process improvement, etc.  

The Prodiggi platform is a digitally integrated value stream that helps manage and govern end to end processes and data.   Our Customer Needs module to help manage 'Customer Types', defining 'Jobs to be Done' and 'Future State Journeys'.  The 'Offering Design' module define offerings of products and or services (BPPM), and helps govern the incremental, multi year delivery. The offering designer is a source of truth for  “Design Tickets” and able to govern multiple Agile delivery systems.  Additional features exist for Idea Management, Risk Management, with a lightweight software design tool slated for V2.0.
