A voluntary alliance of the five local governments within Perth's inner-city.

We are a voluntary alliance of five inner-city local governments, focused on developing and advancing our neighbourhoods and town centres for the better.

We joined forces in 2019 through a Memorandum of Understanding and meet regularly to develop shared solutions.
