PathSolutions offers advanced network monitoring with automated troubleshooting.  TotalView monitors every network device as well as every interface on every device so we know what's happening throughout your entire network.  It also goes far deeper than other NMS by collecting performance, configuration, 19 error counters, PoE, STP, connectedness on every interface.  I then puts all of this information through a heuristics engine to produce plain-English answers of problems throughout your entwork.

If a problem occurs, it alerts you with plain-English answers: "The Finance2 switch trunk port #3 is dropping 12% of its packets due to a cabling fault."  This means problems can be identified and resolved rapidly because you know where the problem is, and exactly what is happening.
