Griffin Legal's (GL) government team are leaders in government advisory, with specific expertise in privacy, probity and procurement.  

GL have significant experience advising Commonwealth Government Departments in relation to their privacy obligations and practices under the Privacy Act. We have conducted numerous Privacy Impact Assessments and provided complex privacy advice for various Departments.  GL personnel are considered experts in privacy and are routinely engaged for our privacy expertise. This experience allows us to be a trusted advisor with a thorough and working knowledge of the complexities faced by the Commonwealth.

GL are well versed in the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, the Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Act 2018 (Cth), Commonwealth Grant Rules and Guidelines 2017 and relevant Commonwealth policies. Our team provide comprehensive and practical advice as part of delivering our probity and procurement services.  GL has developed key documents which we regularly use when engaged to provide probity advisory services for our numerous government clients, including briefing packs, probity plans, probity registers, evaluation plans and communication plans.
