Cassie - Ai powered call management solution. Cassie is here to answer inbound customer service calls. She understands and converses with callers with natural conversation. Accessing a knowledge base allows Cassie to resolve matters as needed, and can be trained to assist with more complex queries and applications. Cassie can be used for after hours support, for call overflow, or to manage all inbound calls and be front line support. Unlimited calls can be managed at once, in multiple languages.
Complete Revenue Solution - Forms Express has been supplying Councils with Rate Notice printing for nearly 30 years. This solution manages all parts of the billing process. From Notice creation, printing, emailing, portals, and FlexiPay to automate the entire direct debit process.
FlexiPay - This solution takes all manual processes associated with Direct Debit processing off Council staff, ensuring consistent, accurate payments are made with no overhead. FlexiPay manages direct debits, payment arrangements and one time payments. Payments can be made from Bank Account, Credit Card, and Apple/Google Pay. Ratepayers are provided with all the flexibility to take control of their payments, with amounts calculated for them to ensure Council receives the correct amount by the end of the rating period. Automated processes such as an annual renewal, dishonour reprocessing and more provide a leading experience, and existing direct debit customers can be migrated into the solution. This saw immediate time savings of 1 FTE at current sites.
