We’re a multi-disciplinary team of 30+ strategically minded researchers, designers and technologists. Founded in 1996, Folk has been recognised in Australian and International awards. 

The Folk team have deep and robust experience in research, strategy, user-centred design, product and service design, digital transformation programs and leading co-creation activities with communities and diverse cohorts. We collaborate closely with our clients to understand their purpose and services, we engage with their audiences to understand their needs and create innovative, good practice solutions that deliver positive impact and outcomes.
