EEO Specialists is a Western Australia–based small business delivering professional, engaging, and legally sound workplace behaviour, and learning and development training. We support organisations to create safe, respectful, and compliant workplaces by building capability to prevent and manage sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, and related workplace issues.

Our team of approximately 23, including 5 facilitators bring extensive experience from senior management and education backgrounds. We all work virtually, thereby being able to deliver to any organisation in Australia. All facilitators are committed to continuous professional development which ensures training is credible, practical, and grounded in real-world workplace experience.

We deliver flexible training solutions to suit diverse workforces, including in-person workshops, virtual delivery, and e-learning modules. Our training is designed with adult learning principles in mind to be engaging, memorable, and immediately applicable, supporting meaningful behaviour change across organisations.

EEO Specialists offers a comprehensive Wraparound Service that begins with understanding each organisation’s context, tailoring a fit-for-purpose plan, delivering targeted training, and providing ongoing support through our resources in the EEO Compliance Hub.

Our services include employee and manager training related to workplace behaviour compliance, productive workplace relationships through increasing self-awareness, and specialised training for grievance officers and contact officers. We use corporate theatre with professional actors to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
