Davis Pier is a consulting and social impact agency that solves complex government and social challenges. We work exclusively in the areas with the greatest potential for impact—government, housing, healthcare, and community services sectors—and we support these organizations to do the better, smarter, and more impactful things they aspire to do.

Davis Pier leverages human-centred approaches to design and implement improved policy and programs in collaboration with clients and community. We have a team of social researchers who ensure that a breadth of reliable academic research insights and methodologies are applied across our projects. These span from large-scale government transformations to community-based collaborations, all with a focus on delivering better results for those most in need.

We are known for taking on projects with the potential for significant impact, for acting as a translator between government and community, and for bringing diverse voices together to co-create tangible and sustainable solutions. But we are best known for the strength of those solutions—for tackling the toughest of problems and implementing real improvements.

With offices in Halifax, Toronto, and Charlottetown, our team of over 120 employees works with partners from coast-to-coast.  We boast a team with a broad range of expertise including consultants, service designers, project managers, business analysts, change managers, behavioural scientists, industrial engineers, and digital and AI strategists. At the project level, we convene teams that are close-knit, dynamic, and quick on their feet, bringing together people with diverse and complementary backgrounds to enhance the value we bring and the solutions we create for our clients and the communities they serve.
