Cumulo9 has developed a unique essential digital communications platform - C9 Transact.  C9 Transact provides an integrated solution to send all of your essential digital communications from one place.  Whether it be email, SMS, eInvoice (Peppol) or Social MEdai channels (WhatsApp), C9 Transact handles is all with a unique in-house developed MTA that allows us to guarantee a 99% deliverability rate.  The solution is fully integrated with CCM solutions and is currently used by a number of Government Department in New Zealand including Ministry of Education (C9 Transact is used to send all payslips), Ministry of Social Development (childcare payment advices), NZTA (Vehicles license renewals) and most recently the Electoral Commission has chosen C9 Transact as it's solution for the 2026 General Election.

Cumulo9 is also the New Zealand reseller of the Quadient Inspire Customer Communications solution.  Quadient Inspire is currently used to create almost 50% of the essential communications in New Zealand (utilities, banks, insurance and local government).
