John Buchanan is the Director of Buchanan Success Coaching which is program based on his experiences as Head Coach of the Queensland Bulls and Australian Cricket teams. He believes very strongly in the power of quality coaching and draws from the world of sport to align strongly with the needs of business and government.

The main program that he runs is "Coach in Residence" which is a minimum of 12 months and targets senior leaders within an organisation. Through the course of the engagement, "Coach in Residence" offers 2 days per week working alongside leaders of the business or organisation. This includes 3 main workshops of the What's your Everest program - Everest Individual, Everest Leader and Everest Team. There are specifically designed MasterClasses using industry experts. Regular surveys provide measures to track the impact of the program. One-on-one coaching through shadowing and specific meetings. The program is designed to be where the Leader is, with a mixture of remote coaching as well.
