Our Founder, Sydney Elaine Butler started Accessible Creates after working in Human Resources for a bit and realized their passion for making HR more Accessible and Inclusive so that types of employees can feel valued, and included in the workplace.
Many barriers exist in the workplace from the hiring process to the culture of an organization regarding Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Accessibility, Belonging, and Neurodiversity.
