Building on the momentum of 2025, this year’s Digital Leadership Day will kick off the NSW Government Innovation Week by empowering leaders to further drive transformation through AI, automation, secure digital systems, and inclusive leadership. While innovative progress is very much underway, many agencies are still constrained by siloed operating models, uneven digital maturity, and emerging AI capability that is yet to scale.
