As Queensland moves toward 2026 and beyond, building public trust and delivering smart, simple, and secure services in line with state goals is more critical than ever. With the Thriving Digital Future action plan set to transform Digital Customer, Digital Market, and Digital Government by 2026, and the 2032 Olympic Games driving new expectations around infrastructure and visitor experience - the need for innovation, collaboration, and next-gen capabilities across digital, data, AI, and workforce development is clear.

At the same time, the rapid evolution of AI, growing customer expectations, and tighter fiscal conditions are placing increasing pressure on public sector innovation.

The Government Innovation Showcase Queensland brings together state leaders and key decision-makers across Digital, Data, IT, CX, People, and Cyber to address 2025–2026 public service priorities.
