Improving Patient Outcomes and Experiences

Online: Thursday, November 4th, 2021 | Time: 12:00-2:30pm ET / 9:00-11:30am PT

Leveraging digital technology and process design to deliver patient-centric healthcare

Healthcare is undergoing rapid change, with one of the main objectives driving this change being improved overall patient outcomes and experience. While technology that enables the delivery of healthcare through the means of telemedicine has been available for decades, we are now witnessing a drastic rise in the adoption of digital health and virtual care, in large part due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Healthcare systems and providers across the world are under pressure to create a future where the patient is engaged in their own healthcare, clinicians can easily access patient information and knowledge that enhances their clinical practice, and the health system is integrated, high performing, and sustainable. Never has the drive to provide better healthcare with the patients at the centre been bigger, as we recognize that improved patient experience can result in positive outcomes for not only the patient but also for organizational health and overall healthcare system sustainability.

The Public Sector Network’s Improving Patient Outcomes and Experience Virtual Event will showcase leading digital healthcare initiatives and how these providers are working toward their ambition of transforming patient care delivery,
under the extra pressure created by COVID-19.
