Data and AI are too often used to simply drive efficiencies and operational improvements in organisations, both in the public and private sector. Pia will discuss how we can collectively build and deliver portfolio analytics and policy efficacy services to support closer to real time advanced analytics that support strategic decision making, resource prioritisation and the ability to measureable invest for impact, not just efficiency. After all, there’s no point more efficiently doing the wrong things! Data and AI can be complemented by new methods, technologies and operating models to create a more adaptive and end to end approach to maximising policy outcomes, while also ensuring the best possible public outcomes.
