In 2024, project management skills are highly sought after in the public sector. Recognising this, PSN Academy is excited to present its members with the PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundations course.
The 7th Edition of PRINCE2® has been crafted to address significant changes in the world of work and project management since its last update in 2017. While maintaining its core principles, practices, and lifecycle processes known as themes, this edition has adapted to the digital revolution, the accelerated pace of change, the rise of Agile methodologies, and the increasing volatility and uncertainty across various domains.
PRINCE2® 7th Edition empowers project managers with the essential tools, knowledge, and adaptability required to manage projects in today’s fast-evolving landscape. It offers guidance on incorporating Agile practices, customizing the methodology, and focusing on benefits realization. Additionally, it includes practical case studies to help project managers successfully navigate Agile and digital transformation projects.

Key Sessions
This program will be delivered over 3 days, 19, 20 and 21st November
2024. Each day will run from 9am to 5pm AEST with 30 minutes for
