Key Sessions

Priya Sodha is an Executive Trainer and DEI professional with over 10 years of experience in facilitating transformational workshops and trainings for organizations. She specializes in leadership development, communication, diversity, equity and inclusion, and people-focused leadership.
Priya is the founder of The Empowered Managers Training Program, which trains early career managers. She holds a Masters in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a BA in Sociology from California State University of Long Beach. Priya is also a Certified Professional Group Coach and holds a certificate in Effective Leadership from The Management Institute.
She is an active #IamRemarkable Facilitator for Google and has spoken at the Women of Silicon Valley Conference on Communicating with Confidence.
She lives in Southern California and enjoys teaching Zumba/Yoga and playing with her dog, Zuri.
