Overview
In today’s dynamic work environment, organizations grapple with diversity, talent scarcity, and the demand for innovative ideas. Embracing neurodiverse professionals presents a promising solution. Integrating neurodivergent individuals enables companies to leverage unique perspectives and problem-solving skills, gaining a competitive edge.
Despite increasing focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts, neurodivergent talent often remains overlooked in recruitment. Consequently, these individuals face disproportionately high rates of unemployment and underemployment. In the United States, for instance, around 85% of individuals on the autism spectrum are unemployed, compared to just 4.2% of the general population.
