Overview

Public sector leaders face tight budgets, shifting priorities and growing expectations for faster, more responsive services. With Australia’s growth forecast to slow to 1¾% in 2026–27 and New Zealand forecasting an NZ$11.4 billion operating deficit, governments need to make sharper choices and demonstrate measurable value.

The Strategic Thinking and Execution Masterclass is a practical one-day course for public sector professionals. Through frameworks, government examples and facilitated exercises, participants will learn to define challenges, set priorities and turn strategic direction into a workable plan.

Participants will leave with a clearer approach and a practical roadmap for a current workplace challenge.
