Reimagining the future of Human Resources in the Public Sector
We are currently living through a transformational journey in the way we live and work. Just over a year ago, HR leaders across the globe were forced to transition from their traditional ways of working to a renewed focus on employee engagement and well-being.
As work shifts from remote to a hybrid setting, HR leaders are now faced with a new set of challenges. Existing HR processes will have to evolve to support the hybrid model and HR leaders must ensure that the processes are flexibles and scalable so that they can easily adapt to further change.
In retrospect, the crisis-driven transformation has placed HR in a strategic position to lead organizations in their strategies to re-emerge stronger in the new normal. How can HR leaders leverage the opportunity to lay a more strategic foundation for future workplace models? Are HR leaders prepared to meet the challenges of the evolved workplace?
Public Sector Network’s HR Innovation Virtual Event will bring together public sector leaders to explore big ideas and deliver insights that can help HR leaders prepare their organizations for the future.
