AI is more than just a technology—it’s a transformative force reshaping how government delivers services, drives efficiency, and improves citizen outcomes. AI Leadership: Equipping Leaders and Teams for AI at Work is a practical one-day course designed to equip public sector leaders with both the strategic understanding and hands-on tools needed to harness AI effectively.

The course guides participants through five key areas: building foundational knowledge of AI and its organisational potential; exploring innovation through small-scale experiments; developing strategic awareness of AI’s capabilities and limitations; integrating AI into everyday workflows; and leading high-performing teams that collaborate confidently with AI systems.

Optional Follow-Up: Online Regroup & Advanced Coaching
Join us for a 90-minute virtual session on 11 November at 2:00 PM to further embed learning and accelerate workplace application. This optional but highly recommended session offers advanced coaching and peer exchange to deepen capability and support real-world implementation.
