Our Origins

Since 2016 Red Wagon founder Susan Sadler has been a leading HR innovator, which she says is “the price of entry if you’re helping companies adapt to ever-changing HR laws”. Susan has been the AHRI President in South Australia for the last 6 years. She is a sought after speaker, panellist, and mentor, and widely renowned for her ability to translate legalese into plain English. 


Known for leading by example (walking the walk), Susan realised the business also had the power to deliver better social and environmental outcomes, and in May 2021, Red Wagon Workplace Solutions proudly joined the ranks of B Corp certified businesses. To be certified, Red Wagon has been independently verified as meeting high standards of performance, accountability and transparency in considering social and environmental impacts in our business activities.
