McMillan Staff Development (RTO 88187) is a Canberra-based, family-owned Registered Training Organisation that has supported the Australian Public Sector and corporate employers since 1989.
We specialise in delivering nationally recognised qualifications and practical workplace programs that build capability in leadership, management, and human resources across all levels of government and industry.
Our focus is simple: connect learning directly to real workplace outcomes. Each program develops the skills, confidence, and compliance awareness employees need to perform effectively in complex, people-centred environments.

Certificate IV and Diploma of Project Management
We also offer a suite of non-accredited short courses in supervision, communication, leadership, and workplace coaching — ideal for targeted capability development.
Delivery options include online, blended, and workplace-based programs with dedicated coach support and flexible start dates. ACT Government-funded traineeships are available for eligible new and existing employees, allowing them to complete a qualification for just $350 per person.
